Rules & Regulation.
The article below relates to participants and all contestant of African Game of Politics.
Art. 1– The awards are organised and presented by AGOP team.
2– the participants and contestants be of age 18yrs and above.
3– the participant must be eligible, healthy with sound mind to be a contestant.
4– the participant must have at least a credible school certificate of waec or other equivalent to be a contestant.
5– the participant should be able to speak and communicate in English or any accepted general language in their country.
6– the participants must obtain the registration form of AGOP and fill it properly with the right information required, Any faulty information will lead to disqualify.
7– the participant must be a law abiding citizen of the nation and AGOP panel of jury.
8– the awards reward the best potential executive chairman, Governor and President of the year in the country.
9– Nomination for the awards will be compiled by AGOP team in collaboration with the stakeholders, and will be published on AGOP official website, www.africangameofpolitics.com and other media channels, in order to enable public vote among fans that connect on www.africangameofpolitics.com
10– Each contestant’s fan will vote for one contestant each of three positions of potential executive Leaders of the year in every battle days.
11– the vote will be counted by AGOP team, the panel of jury and external observers.
12– the winner of each contest award will be selected by the jury comprising on the one hand, a panel of political experts appointed by AGOP team and, on the other hand fans and votes from all over local government area and nations connected to www.africangameofpolitics.com
(the “jury”).
13– Each of the two contestant of voters within the jury has the same electoral weight irrespective of the actual number of voters for the contestant and fans will each make up half of the poll.
14– Each member of the public who is connected on www.africangameofpolitics.com through online registration email address or through text massage with registered SIM card to AGOP voting code. And each experts and panels appointed by AGOP is entitled to vote once for contestant in every contest.
15– the winner of the Best AGOP potential executive Leaders of 2025 would be announce by AGOP presenters.
16– subject to the requirements outlined above each outfield award will be bestowed upon the contestant with the most scoring points which will be calculated through the application of the procedure detailed to the equality weighted jury and panels.
A– jury votes is 10points.
B– Fans and audience vote is 1point.
C– any other panels vote is 5points.
17– Each member of the jury will be requested to make a valid vote submission via an online system or another means provided by AGOP team.
18– the voting period for preliminary and finalist will commence on 7th of March 2025 and concluded on 27th of April 6:00pm 2025.
19– Any dispute arising from the voting process will be reviewed and resolved by AGOP team, it’s sole discretion and AGOP decision will be final and binding.
20– Notwithstanding the foregoing articles, AGOP is entitled at any point to disregard any vote from any member of the jury in the event that the member is deemed by AGOP, at it’s sole discretion to have been associated with or involved in any unlawful activity, conduct or undertaking (including, but not limited to bribery, corruption, discrimination of any kind and racism) at any time.
For the avoidance of doubt, AGOP is not obliged to publish such votes or communicate any such decisions to the member or to any other person.
